Lisa Edmonds

 Founding Partner

Lisa founded Emmet Consulting with a clear goal to deliver greater commercial impact through brand and marketing. Focussed on creating sustainable strategies that enable clients to create customer value, consistently and profitably, Lisa is exceptionally commercial in her thinking and brutally focussed in her approach to strategy, innovation and creativity.


With some 20 years international experience under her belt, Lisa’s been fortunate to work with some of the world’s leading brands identifying and initiating major brand, product and business transformation programmes across multiple markets and platforms.

Melissa Barnes

Senior Consultant

Mel is a rare all-rounder with15 years of experience – both client and consultancy side – which gives her an uncommon appreciation of what it takes to scope and deliver successful marketing strategies in a meaningful and highly commercial way.

 

Her experience affords her the ability to be equally comfortable working at C-Suite level and well as overseeing the detailed execution required to ensure plans are turned into meaningful outcomes.

Paul Munkley

Partner

Paul is a founding member of Emmet Consulting. He has over twenty years of international experience, including more than seven in executive leadership positions spanning Sales, Marketing, Transformation and Business Integration.

Paul's specialisms include Business, Channel and Go To Market strategy development, Sales and Marketing organisational design. He is particularly experienced in helping organisations build the rare bridge between their Sales and Marketing functions to create highly effective, tightly aligned teams who work hand in hand to deliver superior commercial outcomes. 

Rachel Molloy

Creative Communications Lead

Rachel brings over twenty years’ experience in marketing, communications strategy and copywriting to Emmet consulting. She has worked for large multinational advertising agencies, award winning design houses, large corporations and small business. 


Rachel combines her passion for exploring human behaviour and motivations with her business acumen and creative thinking; creating unique, compelling communications that work hard to unlock business opportunities for Emmet’s clients.

Alongside her business studies and experience, Rachel has studied psychology and sociology and is a qualified psychotherapist, and is also currently completing her masters’ degree. 

Marnie McBride

Marketing Coordinator

A Melbourne University Graduate, Marnie has a passion for social media and CRM – the backbone that helps us deliver, providing a fresh perspective to all projects.
