With over 20 years of international experience, Lisa has been fortunate to work with some of the world’s leading B2B, B2C and Education brands, identifying and initiating major brand strategy, product development and business transformation programmes across multiple markets and platforms.
Mel is a rare all-rounder with15 years of marketing planning and execution experience, both client and consultancy side. Mel's experience gives her an uncommon appreciation of what it takes to scope and deliver successful marketing strategies in a meaningful and highly commercial way.
Her experience affords her the ability to be equally comfortable working at C-Suite level as she is when overseeing the detailed execution required to ensure plans are turned into meaningful outcomes.
A founding member of Emmet Consulting, Paul has over twenty years of international experience, including more than seven in executive leadership positions spanning Sales, Marketing, Transformation and Business Integration across listed, start up and private equity environments.
Paul's focus areas include Commercial, Sales and Marketing strategy development, and organisational design across both Sales and Marketing. He specialises in revenue and profitability performance improvement across B2B and Education, and has a strong technical background, with extensive experience in the selection, implementation and improvement of returns from CRM and digital marketing investments.
Creative Communications Lead
Rachel brings over twenty years’ experience in marketing, communications strategy and copywriting to Emmet consulting. She has worked for large multinational advertising agencies, award winning design houses, large corporations and small business.
Rachel combines her passion for exploring human behaviour and motivations with her business acumen and creative thinking; creating unique, compelling communications that work hard to unlock business opportunities for Emmet’s clients.
Alongside her business studies and experience, Rachel has studied psychology and sociology and is a qualified psychotherapist, and is also currently completing her masters’ degree.
A Melbourne University Graduate, Marnie has a passion for social media and CRM – the backbone that helps us deliver, providing a fresh perspective to all projects.
