With over 20 years of international experience, Lisa has been fortunate to work with some of the world’s leading B2B, B2C and Education brands, identifying and initiating major brand strategy, product development and business transformation programmes across multiple markets and platforms.
Mel is a rare all-rounder with over 15 years of marketing planning and execution experience. Her background includes work with enterprise scale, client-side brands, as well as some of Australia's foremost advertising agencies.
Mel's capabilities bring an uncommon appreciation of what it takes to scope and deliver successful marketing strategies in a meaningful and highly commercial way. Her experience enables her to be as comfortable working with the C-Suite as she is when overseeing the detailed execution required to ensure plans are turned into tangible outcomes.
Paul brings over twenty years of international experience, including more than seven in executive leadership positions spanning Sales, Marketing, Transformation and Business Integration across listed, start-up and private equity environments.
Paul's focus areas include Commercial, Sales and Marketing strategy development, as well as organisational design across both the Sales and Marketing functions. He specialises in revenue and profitability performance improvement and brings a strong technical background, with extensive experience in the selection, implementation and improvement of returns from CRM and digital marketing investments.
Steve brings more than twenty years of experience across international and domestic operations spanning both Finance and Sales. His expertise includes global joint venture management, business disposal support and the leadership senior finance roles.
Steve leverages his financial and analytical skills, balancing data, insights and operational knowledge to deliver long term commercial gains. He has a particularly deep understanding of Sales organisations, including structural design, portfolio builds and performance analysis. Data management and the development of Business Intelligence are fundamental elements in all of Steve's work.
Steve's extensive experience includes British Telecom (UK and APAC), Telstra, OfficeMax, TAFE NSW, TPG Telecom and Officeworks.

in-house roles spanning the UK, Europe and, most recently, Australia.
Jan is a true digital problem solver bridging the gap between strategy and execution to drive clients' MROI. With extensive social media, Google, Hubspot and CRM experience across multiple, industry-leading platforms, she’s helped business transform their marketing activities in her own, unique way.
Educated in London and Istanbul, Jan attended the prestigious Central St Martin’s before focusing her career on marketing, post a degree from Melbourne’s La Trobe University. Jan’s brand experience includes RMIT, Fleetwood Australia, Life-Space Probiotics,
Healthy Generation, Adidas and Elle.
Isabella has a strong passion for marketing, design, and social media, holding a Marketing degree from Melbourne's RMIT and a
post-graduate in visual communication from Deakin University.
Isabella is a fundamental element of the Emmet marketing engine, working on social media branding, graphic design, campaign and marketing collateral development across multiple client projects. She also provides critical research and support services to the consulting team. Isabella's style mixes a pragmatic ‘get it done' attitude with a
twist of creative flair.
