The client challenge:
Keen to make the most of their appearances on The Block and Reno Rumble, Australia’s only manufacturer of luxury tapware approached Emmet to refresh their brand strategy. When we got under the hood however, it was clear the business faced challenges linked to pricing, product range and a lack of customer understanding. A brand strategy alone was not going to be enough.
How we met it:
Working with the management team, Emmet developed a 2-year business blueprint for growth including commercial, marketing and channel initiatives, and a separate strategy focused on diversifying income. Following this, we worked with the client’s brand agency to align all brand activity with the commercial focus.
This holistic approach produced a business plan that identified the organisation’s most promising opportunities for growth and aligned it with a clearly identified program of work. This was supported with a brand plan that consolidated the organisation’s strengths and differentiators, setting the organisation up for future growth.
