The client challenge:    

As one of Australia’s most progressive and prestigious independent schools with a 125-year heritage, our client had re-imagined the education proposition brick by brick. However, they needed help to balance this thought leadership and innovation with the long-established values and traditions of the institution. 

 

How we met it:

Emmet defined a brand position and narrative that explained the need for education reform, and brought it to life through a long, collaborative process with key stakeholders, grounding it in the perceptions, expectations and experiences of the differing brand audiences.

 

The results:

Emmet’s two-year brand and marketing roadmap strengthened the brand’s position, credibility and leadership status. Marketing activity was aligned to a purchase funnel that delivered an improved ROI and leveraged technology to amplify existing activity. Our reward? Engagement for a further 6-month period to manage the team, identify and deliver quick wins, review capability requirements and recruit a new marketing director.
