The client challenge:
Our client is a global leader in pre-university education and a major access point to one of Australia’s best universities. With an ambitious transformational program, domestic multi-site expansion and international growth planned, Emmet was engaged to develop a high-level strategic plan, framework and organisational structure for the marketing and communications functions.
How we met it:
During the initial immersion phase, we audited existing activity and talked with senior stakeholders to understand their requirements. From there, Emmet defined programs of work, new organizational structures and formulated a budget for fast-track implementation of urgently required development programs. Our engagement was extended to help define all job descriptions and recruit a marketing and communication director.
Our plan set the foundations on which to build increased value from the organisation’s marketing and strategic communication activity. Emmet’s work gave the client’s activity a more customer-centric focus, strengthening the impact of communications across the entire business.
