The client challenge:
One of Australia’s premium aged care providers was going through a significant acquisition and growth phase. They needed help to build their premium brand in a highly regulated market, whilst maintaining quality service delivery and staying true to the brand’s family values.
How we met it:
Emmet’s response was insight driven from the inside-out. Decisions relating to family care are highly emotive and complex, so we worked to unearth brand and cultural differentiators that would unify the organisation and deliver a consistent offer aligned to the values demanded by clients and the families they care for.
Working collaboratively with the client’s creative agency, Emmet delivered an internal communications program that improved service, staff retention and delivered significant cost savings in key areas. Externally, a brand and marketing plan aligned and magnified the organisation’s differentiators to generate cost effective lead-management.
