The client challenge:    

Facing tough competition at home and abroad, one of Australia’s largest Universities asked Emmet to help its newly-created central marketing team develop a transformative marketing strategy from scratch.

 

How we met it:

Using our RIOS for brands planning methodology, we worked with the in-house team to develop a marketing agenda that managed to shake up the sector while staying within the uni’s traditional organisational capabilities. 

 

The results:

A two-year marketing agenda and detailed action plans were integrated seamlessly into its agile existing working environment.
