With deep experience in commercial transformation and innovation, Lisa helps CEOs and CMOs drive growth agendas and go-to-market.

Paul Munkley
Strategy, Commercial Advisory, Marketing and Sales Transformation

Paul brings over twenty years of international experience, including more than seven executive leadership positions in Sales, Marketing, Transformation, and Business Integration across listed, start-up, and private equity environments.

Paul’s focus areas include Commercial, Sales, and Marketing strategy development and organisational design across both the Sales and Marketing functions. He specialises in revenue and profitability performance improvement and brings a strong technical background, with extensive experience in the selection, implementation, and improvement of returns from CRM and digital marketing investments.

 

Steve Adnitt
Commercial and Financial Modelling, Sales Transformation

Steve brings over twenty years of experience in international and domestic operations, spanning Finance and Sales. His expertise includes global joint venture management, business disposal support, and multiple senior finance positions.

Steve specialises in creating financial models grounded in practicality and is acknowledged as one of the leading commercial modelling experts in the market.

Steve draws upon his financial and analytical skills, balancing data, insights and operational knowledge to deliver long-term commercial gains. Data management and business intelligence development are fundamental elements of Steve’s work.

 

Tim Griffiths
CEO Advisory, Technology and Strategy

Tim is one of Australia’s leading C-Suite technology and scale-up advisors. As founder of X-Ref, Tim built X-Ref into a publicly listed entity holding the #1 market position globally. Scaling the business from two to 100+ employees spanning four countries, leading the company to deliver $14M in 2020 and the M&A of RapidID.

Tim leverages his start-up and VC-backed Silicon Valley experience to help clients solve commercial and technical challenges, including guiding organisations through the fundraising journey.

With a background in engineering, he couples his entrepreneurial leadership and knowledge of the global tech market to help build and scale emerging technology companies and turnaround performance for new businesses in crisis. He refers to this as speaking ‘geek’ and ‘board’.

Like all Emmeteers, Tim helps our clients refocus on fundamental business principles and immerses himself in the business to understand and improve operations and revenue generation.

 

Melissa Barnes

Mel is a rare all-rounder with over 20 years of experience in agency, client and consultancy. Her experience also includes delivering under the watchful eye of world-leading private equity owners.

Mel’s experience gives her an uncommon appreciation of what it takes to scope and deliver successful marketing strategies in a meaningful and highly commercial way. Mel brings deep expertise in B2B, SaaS, Education and Consumer Goods.

Isabella Russo
Marketing and Go-to-Market Research

Isabella has a strong passion for marketing, design, and social media, holding a Business (Marketing) degree from Melbourne’s RMIT and a post-graduate in Visual Communication Design from Deakin University. Over the past years, she’s been working across Emmet’s international and domestic clients, supporting market and product research, go-to-market activity, brand and marketing.
