Fundraising for medical research is one of the most competitive markets there is. The CEO of this household brand needed to improve marketing efficiency.
Applying our 6-lens market model, we conducted an extensive audit to identify areas for strategic focus, capability gaps and key 'go forward' needs. Then we took the review external, conducting a local and global best-practice review, resulting in a restructure spanning the consumer marketing, commercial marketing and fundraising divisions.
Having unified and focused the national team on growth and delivered significant cost efficiencies, Emmet was asked to stay on. Providing Interim CMO services, we created a strategic agenda for marketing and advocacy, which included identifying key opportunities for growth, future programs of work and a new operating model.
