The client challenge:    

Our client was - and is - one of Australia’s leading online retailers, offering a broad range of further education opportunities to Australian and international students. Emmet was enlisted to provide an interim CMO to lead the team of 45 + staff and launch a new online sales proposition, designed to deliver the retail targets, profitably.


How we met it:

Our founder, Lisa Edmonds worked with the client on an interim basis – with a mission to galvanise the team and provide hands-on leadership through the client’s crucial retail period.


The results:

Key achievements during Emmet’s engagement included the maximisation of retail performance, development of sales infrastructure, the successful launch of a new brand proposition and major product line. And of course, we also helped recruit a permanent CMO.
