Facing tough competition at home and abroad, one of Australia’s largest Universities asked Emmet to help its newly-created central marketing team develop a transformative marketing strategy.
How we met it
Using the RIOS for Brands planning methodology, we worked with the in-house marketing team to review all existing activity and to develop a unified planning idea that guided strategy for a team of over 80 people.
A two-year marketing agenda and detailed action plans that were integrated seamlessly into an agile working environment.
