The client challenge

While Universities are often associated with innovation, the innovation of their courseware can often lag behind. Our progressive client recognised that their existing course - or product - development processes were out-dated and consuming more organisational resource than was necessary. 

How we met it

We immersed ourselves through extensive consultation across faculty and central support disciplines, working to define success or ‘winning’. We used our 6-lens framework to identify the true inhibitors of innovation, setting out a sustainable and scalable approach to market-led, course innovation, including strategic frameworks, processes and governance structures, capability, capacity and resource planning.

The results

Our solution was holistic - a 4 year program of clear strategic frameworks, innovation networks and pathways to success that will strengthen the organisation’s course innovation and help them retain their competitive market position.
