The client challenge:    

A BRW fast-starter with ambitions to expand interstate, this national restaurant chain had a reputation for an uncompromising commitment to food and service quality. Emmet was tasked with building a brand strategy that matched the client’s aggressive growth targets.

 

How we met it:

Authenticity was key; the client needed to grow without compromising the values and culture that were its bedrock. To protect them, Emmet built a brand strategy that made those values and that culture a unifier of all behaviours, actions and communications. Emmet completed a full POS review to align occasions with menu choice and market and trend reviews across macro, product, creative, service and experience elements, both domestically and internationally. 

 

The results:

A clearly articulated brand definition and strategy, a codified proposition based on customer value, engaged staff who brought the thinking to life and an impactful influencer campaign.
